Gift card FAQ
How does the recipient use the gift card?
They sign in (or create a free account), open Gift Cards in their account and redeem the 25-character code. The amount is added to their balance.
Does the gift card expire?
Yes, each code has an expiry date. The recipient can see it, along with the remaining balance, in their account after redeeming the code.
Can a gift card be used without an account?
No. Gift cards are linked to an account, so the recipient needs to register and log in to use them. Read the gift card policy.
