We usually reply within 24 hours.
How much is delivery and how long does it take?
Delivery is a flat $5 per order, anywhere in Lebanon. Orders usually arrive within 2-4 working days.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We exchange products that are defective or were damaged by us or the manufacturer. Just contact us with proof of the defect. Returns aren't accepted for a change of mind or an ordering mistake. Read the full policy.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes. Every product includes a written warranty of at least 1 month from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects and hardware failures that aren't caused by user damage. See what's covered.
How can I follow my order?
Sign in and open My Orders to see the status and details of every order. Orders placed as a guest can't be tracked online, so message us on WhatsApp with your name and we'll check for you.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us on WhatsApp as soon as possible. Orders can be changed or cancelled before they ship; once an order has shipped it can't be cancelled.
How do gift cards work?
Request a gift card on our gift cards page and you'll receive a unique code. The recipient creates an account and redeems the code under Gift Cards in their account.
